Builder Fire Protection Services - Medium Rise Licence
Fire Protection Services building work on Class 1 and Class 10 buildings, and up to a maximum of three storeys (excluding Type A construction on Class 5–9 buildings).

What this licence allows
- Fire Protection Services building work on Class 1 and Class 10 buildings; and
- Fire Protection Services building work up to a maximum of three storeys in height, but not including Type A construction on Class 5 to 9 buildings.
Qualifications
- Diploma - Building Fire Protection Services.
Experience
Experience requirement:
- Two years in the scope of work for applicants with a relevant building trade qualification; or
- Four years in the scope of work for applicants without a trade qualification.
For Fire Protection Services, "building trade qualification" means at least a Certificate III qualification relevant to Fire Protection Services in plumbing services, mechanical services, electrical services or sprinkler fitting.
