Carry out builder work as the principal builder where a building permit is required, the estimated value is $20,000 or more, and the work is in a prescribed area of WA.

Act as the nominated supervisor for a building contractor registered as an individual, partnership or company.

Painting registrations

Painting practitioner

Act as the nominated supervisor for a painting contractor registered as an individual, partnership or company. Painter work is painting work valued at $1,000 or more in a prescribed area of WA.

Painting contractor (individual / partnership / company)

Carry out painter work carried out for payment or reward, valued at $1,000 or more, in a prescribed area of WA set out in Schedule 4.
