Builder (General Construction)
Builder (General Construction) - Domestic
Building work or demolition work within the Domestic sub-class, including Class 1a/1b and Class 2 (one-storey, and two-storey subject to NCC C1.5) up to 2,000m².
Builder (General Construction) - Low Rise
Building/demolition work on Class 1 and Class 10 buildings, Class 7b or 8 farm buildings, and Class 2–9 Type C buildings up to 2,000m², with detailed fire-compartment limits per class.
Builder (General Construction) - Medium Rise
Building/demolition work on Class 1 and Class 10 buildings, and to a maximum of three storeys (excluding Type A construction on Classes 5–9), with detailed per-class size and fire-compartment limits.
Builder (General Construction) - Open
Building work or demolition work on all classes of buildings of unrestricted sizes.
Builder Fire Protection Services
Builder Fire Protection Services - Open
Fire Protection Services building work on all classes of buildings of unrestricted size.
Builder Fire Protection Services - Medium Rise
Fire Protection Services building work on Class 1 and Class 10 buildings, and up to a maximum of three storeys (excluding Type A construction on Class 5–9 buildings).
Builder Fire Protection Services - Low Rise
Fire Protection Services building work on Class 1 or Class 10 buildings, and on Class 2–9 Type C buildings up to 2,000m².
Builder Demolisher
Builder Demolisher - Open
Demolition work on all classes of buildings or structures of unrestricted size.
Builder Demolisher - Medium Rise
Demolition work on all classes of buildings or structures up to a maximum of five storeys and of unrestricted floor area, including stripping of internal fittings and non-load-bearing elements in buildings up to five storeys.
Builder Demolisher - Low Rise
Demolition work on all classes of buildings or structures up to a maximum of two storeys and of unrestricted floor area.
