What this licence allows
- Construction of external landscape features and non-habitable structures where the work is carried out under a residential building work contract. This includes retaining walls that do not form part of a habitable building; fencing, driveways, paths and paving; cabanas, pergolas, decks and non-habitable shelters; ornamental ponds, water features and structural ornamentation where development approval is required; and work on concrete tennis courts and similar works.
Qualifications
Complete one of the following qualifications:
- AHC30921 / AHC30916 / AHC30910 Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
- RTF30403 Certificate III in Horticulture (Landscape).
- RUH30498 Certificate III in Horticulture (Landscape), TAFE course #0672.
- Certificate III in Landscaping, TAFE course #1581.
Experience
No separate minimum experience period is prescribed.
Individual applicants must meet the National Police Check requirement.
