What this licence allows

Non-structural maintenance, including minor repairs, or cleaning of existing works, structures or buildings. The licence/certificate must carry at least one specific endorsement.

Qualifications

At least one endorsement is mandatory. A statement of attainment must show the exact units for the endorsement sought. The current page lists the following endorsement pathways:

Endorsement - Non-structural repair work

CPC10120/CPC10111 Certificate I in Construction with CPCCCM2004/2004A, CPCCCM1011/1011A and CPCCPD2013/2013A; OR CPC10108 with CPCCCM2004A, CPCCCM1001A and CPCCPD2003A; OR CPC10120/CPC10111/BCG10103 with the published construction-project, estimating, carpentry-material/tool and window/door units; OR BCG10198 Certificate I in Construction, TAFE #1206.

Endorsement - Pressure washing / graffiti removal / brick cleaning

CPC10120/CPC10111 with CPCCCM2004/2004A, CPCCCM1011/1011A and CPCCPD3029/3029A; OR CPC10108 with CPCCCM2004A, CPCCCM1001A and CPCCPD3009A; OR CPC10120/CPC10111/BCG10103 with the specified construction-project, estimating and graffiti-removal units; OR BCG10198 Certificate I in Construction, TAFE #1206.

Endorsement - Repair/resurfacing/protective coating to bathroom tiles, baths and other surfaces

CPC10120/CPC10111 with CPCCCM2004/2004A, CPCCCM1011/1011A and either CPCCPD3030/3030A/3030B or CPCCWF3004/3004A; OR CPC10108 with CPCCCM2004A, CPCCCM1001A and either CPCCPD3010A or CPCCWF3004A; OR CPC10120/CPC10111/BCG10103 with the specified construction-project/estimating units and either the listed protective-coating or tile-repair unit; OR MSM30216/MSA30309 Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application; OR BCG10198 Certificate I in Construction, TAFE #1206.

Experience

No separate minimum practical-experience period is stated for these endorsement pathways.

Individual applicants must meet the National Police Check requirement.
