What this licence allows
- For an individual who prepares documents and makes declarations on behalf of a registered body corporate within the low-rise class.
- Low rise: a class 2, 3 or 9c building (or building containing such a part) with a maximum gross floor area of 2,000 m², excluding Type A or Type B construction.
Qualifications
Pathway 1: hold a qualified supervisor certificate authorising general building work. Pathway 2: satisfy the qualification requirements for that certificate; Pathway 2 carries the class 3/9c-only condition.
Experience
At least 3 years practical experience in the last 7 years, including at least 2 years in Australia, on class 1, 2, 3, 9a or 9c building work, including at least 1 year coordinating or supervising building work.
