What this licence allows
- Water supply plumbing work, including fire sprinkler work for class 1 and 2 buildings on pipework of 25 mm diameter or less, excluding backflow prevention device test work.

Qualifications - standard pathway
- Hold, or have held within 12 months before application, a Journeyperson Plumber licence or interstate equivalent, provided the previous licence was not affected by the disqualifying disciplinary conditions.
- Within the previous 5 years, obtain CPCPWT4011B/CPCPWT4011 and CPCCBC4012B/CPCCBC4012 from the Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year full-time relevant water-supply plumbing experience while licensed as a Journeyperson Plumber (or interstate equivalent), under direct supervision of a licensed Water Supply Plumber or interstate equivalent.
