- Gasfitting work other than medical gas work under the general supervision prescribed for the journeyperson class.
Qualifications
Standard pathway:
Qualifications - standard pathway
- Certificate III in Plumbing CPC32413 issued within the previous 5 years, obtained through a nationally recognised plumbing apprenticeship and including the Gas Service and Roofing streams; OR
- Certificate III in Plumbing CPC32420 issued within the previous 5 years and obtained through a nationally recognised plumbing apprenticeship.
- Former-licence Method 2 also applies where a Journeyperson Gasfitter, General Gasfitter or Advanced Gasfitter licence was held in the ACT within the previous 5 years, provided the previous licence was not affected by the disqualifying disciplinary conditions.
